Mid Year Showcase - (Details as of 7th May - Subject to change.)

Class Specific Information

Intermediate Foundation Ballet Students: Please bring you Black Ballet uniform including your skirts. Please ensure you wear appropriate underwear to limit excessive straps. Ianto can you please bring your Black Leotard & Black Leggings.

Tights:

For Jazz, Acro & Contemporary students we will allocate a set of Tan tights in their costume bag as most of them haven't received this year's allocation. We will enter this against your profile and if we have given then their allocation we will charge your account.

Ballet students will need to bring their ballet tights with them. If you haven't had your allocation for this year, please let me know and I will pack them in the student's costume bag.

For anyone on the day that forgets their tights or we need to reissue a new pair, we will charge your account $15.

Hair:

• Please have students' hair in a low bun with a small middle part at the front.

• Please do not use bun donuts and NO MAKE UP OR JEWELLERY. We will check that all jewellery has been removed before they come back stage. Items get lost and we would hate for that to happen.

• All fringes are to be slicked back with hair spray and or hair moose and no whispy bits.

• This is all part of what we will need to do for the end of year concert, so it's good to get a practise run in now and for the students to know what to expect 😊.

• If you are unsure how to do a bun, please let me know.

For anyone that arrives with their hair not done and do not have supplies of the appropriate hair attire, we have Brown, Black & Blonde hair boxes that contain all the requirements to complete a secure bun. They are $15 and will be charged to your account if we need to supply one for your child on the day.

We will be starting our stage rehearsal from 11:15am sharp. We will need all students to arrive as close to 11am as possible. We are on a tight deadline so every minute will count to ensure we can start the showcase at 1:00pm sharp. Doors will open at 12:45pm!

Please ensure to pack enough healthy food and water for your children as we will have a short lunch break in between the rehearsal and starting the performance.

Please note: No take away food will be accepted as your child's lunch, as we cannot accommodate food drops to the venue. No parents are permitted back stage only EDI Staff.

This will certainly be an exciting experience for them and for you to watch them smile on stage 😊.
